Advanced Nutrition for Wellness (for M.D.)
Students who are medical doctors will succeed our Advanced Nutrition Training Program with the Certificate of Completion as a remarkable acknowledgement of the “Advanced Nutrition for Wellness” Program.
Moreover, Students who have successfully surpassed our course examination with satisfactory results are eligible to be applying for the "CNW" examination or the Board Certified Nutritional Wellness which is accredited by the American Naturopathic Certification Board (ANCB) located in the state of California, USA.
* Exclusive Online training for the class of 2024
* Advanced Nutrition for Wellness training program for Medical doctors
* Total of 6 weeks (followed by the take-home written examination after the last week of the training program)
* Tuition Fee 39,900 THB / person (For new students / individual rate)
* Class opened every Sunday (9.30 - 15.30 hr.)
* The new class will begin on Sunday, May 19, 2024 - Jun 23, 2024 ( 6 Weeks)
* Take-Home Exam after the training completion.
* Class training via Zoom application online.
* Class attendance is required no less than 50% (สามารถขาดเรียนได้ 3 วัน หรือคิดเป็นครึ่งวัน = 6 ครั้ง)
* The attendance time during the training will be counted as an additional affective score for the written examination.
* Students are required to turn on the camera on their learning devices at all times.

Medical Doctor (M.D.), แพทย์ศาสตร์บัณฑิตทุกสาขา
* สำหรับนักเรียนเก่า -> รับส่วนลดค่าเรียน 1,000 บาท เหลือ 38,900 บาท
* สามารถแบ่งชำระค่าเรียนได้ 2 งวด -> ชำระ 50% ก่อนการอบรม และส่วนที่เหลือก่อนสัปดาห์สุดท้ายของการอบรม
* สำหรับนักเรียนใหม่ -> ลงทะเบียนเป็น Buddy กัน ตั้งแต่ 2 ท่านขึ้นไป รับส่วนลดพิเศษเพิ่มเติม **
หมายเหตุ: ** IFNW Center จะทำการ Refund ส่วนลด Buddy นักเรียนใหม่, ภายในก่อนสัปดาห์สุดท้ายของการอบรม

For medical doctors, the most practical way in learning nutrition is to learn how to apply the knowledge into their work practices both conventional and integrative approaches. The program will provide the basis of wellness nutrition including the macro & micronutrients, then provide the advanced nutrition based on the functional use of wellness practices. As our student, cases and scenarios will always be supplied to gain a clearer and better understanding of how to apply the nutritional and related knowledge to best solve the real life situation and enhance your career professionalism.

ภายหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการอบรม Advanced Nutrition กับทาง IFNW Center แล้ว, สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ในการสมัครสอบ American Board of Nutrition for Wellness ได้โดยความสมัครใจ ซึ่งจะให้สิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การสอบอบรมข้อเขียนคลาสอบรม Advanced Nutrition กับทาง IFNW Centerเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว, โดยทางเราได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทนประสานเพื่อจัดสอบบอร์ดให้อย่างเป็นทางการ ในประเทศไทย โดยทาง IFNW Center จะให้ทางผู้สอบได้มีโอกาสเตรียมตัวเพื่อสอบบอร์ดประมาณ 2-3 สัปดาห์ ตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง

แพทย์ ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถกรอกแบบฟอร์มสมัครออนไลน์ โดยเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆดังนี้ไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออุปกรณ์สื่อสาร เช่น iPad ของท่านล่วงหน้าดังต่อไปนี้ครับ
1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ต (พร้อมลายเซ็น) ขนาดไม่เกิน 1 MB
2. รูปหน้าตรงใดๆก็ได้ขนาด 1 นิ้วขึ้นไป ขนาดไม่เกิน 1 MB (สามารถถ่ายรูปจากมือถือ หรือใช้รูปที่มีจากแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ เช่น Facebook ได้)
โดยมีขั้นตอนกรอกใบสมัครออนไลน์ง่ายๆ คือ

2. กรอกข้อมูลภาษาอังกฤษตามที่ระบุ (ถ้าข้อมูลช่องไหนมีดอกจัน * สีแดง จำเป็นต้องกรอกครับ)
3. หัวข้อการอบรม ให้เลือก “ Advanced Nutrition for Wellness (for M.D.) ”
4. ใบสมัครจะมี 3 หน้า, โดยที่ Section D หน้าสุดท้าย จะมีปุ่มให้อัพโหลดรูปครับ ตามไกด์ไลน์ที่ระบุไว้
หัวข้อย่อย D1) กดปุ่มเพื่ออัพโหลด สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ต (พร้อมลายเซ็น)
หัวข้อย่อย D2) กดปุ่มเพื่ออัพโหลด รูปถ่ายหน้าตรงใดๆก็ได้ขนาด 1 นิ้วขึ้นไป
* เมื่อทำการกรอกใบสมัครและอัพโหลดเอกสารครบถ้วนแล้ว กดปุ่ม Submit เพื่อส่งเอกสาร .... รอประมาณ 5-7 วินาที จะมีข้อความขึ้นคอนเฟิร์มการส่งใบสมัครเรียบร้อย
